All site fees (new sites and existing sites) that are offered to new park patrons are subject to membership fee of $2850 for 2024 starting May 1st, 2024, except those sites with the existing development charge.
Water and sewer testing adds $40. Hydro deposit is $200. All fees, including site fees are subject to HST.
The site fee is for TWO adults; all children under 15 years of age are at no charge. Extra guests can be added to your Licence of Occupation (LOO) for $300 per season. There are fees for your day guests.
Maximum of 6 persons per LOO. The season is May 1 to Oct 31 weather permitting in any given year.
Daytime Adult Guest Fee—$10 + HST (until 10pm)
Daytime Child Guest Fee—$5 + HST (until 10pm)
Overnight Adult Guest Fee—$20 + HST (until 11am next morning)
Overnight Child Guest Fee—$10 + HST (until 11am next morning)
